If you made an in-app purchase, and it has not delivered, you should first reboot the app and wait about ten minutes. If the purchase hasn't arrived, you'll need to contact Player Support for assistance by tapping on your Profile at the top left of the main menu, then Support, then Help, then Contact Us.
Player Support can only assist with missing purchases through the in-game Support function.
You'll also need to provide some information to help speed up the resolution process:
Please submit a screenshot of your iTunes receipt.

Please attach the screenshot of the receipt as a screenshot in your support ticket. Please ensure that it's readable. Note that we cannot accept credit card statements, bank transactions, purchase histories, or text copies of receipts.
Please include the following in your Support ticket:
1) The email address associated with the Google Play account that made the purchase,
2) A screenshot of the full purchase receipt, including the Google Play order number in the image. This can be found at the email you've associated with your Google Play purchases.
